You can return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in the packaging they arrived in. Please note that items showing signs of wear or use or those missing their tags cannot be returned.

We also kindly ask you to reflect on the environmental impact of returning items before proceeding.

If you’d like to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order, as we are unable to reserve stock during the exchange process.

When returning an item, ensure it is carefully repackaged in its original box to avoid damage during transit. We’ll supply a return label, but the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days via the payment method used for the purchase. Please be aware that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: Do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorization number and further instructions. Our warehouse operates alongside other great brands, and we wouldn’t want your return to end up in the wrong hands!
